This policy explains what OpsBase collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and the control you keep over it.
We collect only what we need to run your account and deliver lead intelligence.
OpsBase surfaces publicly available posts and profile information from public sources such as Reddit. We only process content that is publicly accessible at the time of collection, and we store it so you can review, score and act on it inside your workspace.
If a person or platform asks us to remove specific public content from our index, we do so.
We use your data to operate the product: to run searches, score intent, enrich leads you choose to unlock, draft outreach messages, meter credits and support your account.
We share limited data with providers that make the product work: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, AI model providers for scoring and message drafting, data collection and enrichment providers, our payment provider, and our transactional email provider.
Each provider receives only the data needed for its task and is bound by its own contractual obligations.
Account and lead data is retained while your account is active. Enriched lead records are refreshed on a 30 day freshness window. When you delete your account, we remove your workspace data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel, and workspace data is isolated per account through row level security policies.
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as theme and sidebar state. We do not use advertising cookies.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email before the changes take effect.
