By creating an OpsBase account you agree to these terms. If you use OpsBase on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.

These terms cover what OpsBase provides, how plans and lead credits work, and what is expected from you when you contact the people you find.

What OpsBase does
OpsBase finds publicly posted conversations and prospects that suggest a need for what you sell, scores their intent, organises them in your workspace and drafts a personalised message for leads you save.
OpsBase does not send messages, run campaigns, track replies or act as a CRM. Every outreach decision stays with you.

Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account is for one organisation. Sharing a single seat across separate businesses is not permitted.

Free trial
New accounts get a 3 day free trial that includes up to 9 qualified leads. No card is required to start. The trial ends when the 3 days pass or the 9 lead allowance is used, whichever comes first.

Plans and credits
Paid plans are Starter at $49 per month and Growth at $99 per month. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of lead credits.
- One credit unlocks one lead, which includes enrichment and message drafting for that lead.
- Unused credits roll over, capped at two months of your plan allowance.
- Credits are frozen if you cancel and become available again if you resubscribe.
- Credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.

Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments, invoices and card details are handled by our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country.

Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use OpsBase to:
- Send spam, harassment, deceptive or unlawful messages to leads you discover.
- Resell, redistribute or publish OpsBase data as your own dataset or lead list product.
- Scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service, or bypass credit and rate limits.
- Violate the terms of the platforms the underlying public content came from, or any applicable privacy, marketing or anti spam law.

Your responsibilities as a sender
You control who you contact and what you say. You are responsible for complying with the outreach and data protection rules that apply where you and your recipients are located, including obligations around opt outs and lawful basis for contact.

AI output
Intent scores, summaries and drafted messages are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you rely on them. OpsBase makes no guarantee about the accuracy of scores or the outcome of any outreach.

Availability
We aim to keep OpsBase available and reliable, but the service is provided as is. Third party sources and providers can change, rate limit or block access, which may affect the volume of leads a search returns.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsBase is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or creates legal risk for us or our providers. You can close your account at any time from your settings.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes are announced by email before they take effect, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
